  16 MONTH CHECK-UP
  The Dr. says she is just perfect!! She is now 24 lbs., 33 in. long and she is just growing like a weed! He says she is as tall as a 2 yr. old. Most 2 yr. olds he sees are 34 in. tall so he predicts Makayla will be tall and skinny! Also, her belly button still sticks out, so I have come to grips that she will officially have an "outty" and the Dr. agrees. Makayla will be the only person I know to have an outty, how funny!! She had to have 2 shots that ended up giving her a very high fever that night (103.2) and after a few doses of Motrin, she recovered nicely. We are however, very bummed that this Houston weather is not cooperating, so we have yet to get into a pool this summer! :-( We are hoping to next week thought, so let's keep our fingers crossed! Well, that's it for now! Hope everyone is having a great week! We will post more later!

  It's official people, we now have videos WITH SOUND!!! Whohoo!! We have gotten a new digital camera that records video with sound!! My reg. camcorder refuses to download the videos without a memory card so we found another solution!! Anyway, so I have put some new videos on here so please go check them out!! And remember, you can post comments in the guestbook section without having to be a member!! So please leave some comments too!! Ok, talk to you guys soon, Makayla has a Ped. Appt. this Thurs. for her 16 month check up so I will let you know what he tells me!
