  WARNING: This might just be the cutest story..ever.
  So Makayla and I have had this routine forever when it comes to her bedtime. Phil and I bath her, get her into her pj's, and brush her teeth. Then she turns out her light and I rock her for a little while. Phil usually leaves, cause Makayla will wave "bye-bye" to him, signaling that she just wants some Mommy time. During this rocking period, I always sing to her and then I whisper to her I love her so much etc. etc. Well just the other night, we were at this point in the evening and it went something like this:
  
  Me: "I love you Makayla, lots." (Remember, I am whispering this.)
  Makayla: "Love you" (In a whisper voice too...aww)
  Me: "Really, you love Mommy?"
  Makayla: "Lots"
  
  Ok, so at this point, I am bawling like a baby but trying to keep it under control because I don't want to freak out Makayla. Seriously, how cute is that?? So every night since, we have been having "conversations" and it is just so awesome to actually talk to her and get responses. Anyway, just wanted to share that little bit of heaven with you all!
